Check out this interesting video about LucidTouch see-through mobile device. See-Through Mobile Devices let users see their hands while touching behind the display. Very nice.

Very very interesting, but the hardware (a big camera behind the device) is still too much prototype
But this new kind of user interface is so creative and really seems to work better than the usual touch screen way.
